Set right on Laem Yai beach, our beachfront restaurant sets the pulse racing before our diners have ordered their starter. Our concept is “Modern Romantic” - aphrodisiac inspired dishes which set the mood exquisitely for an evening of sensory discovery in paradise. If your ready for the challenging of providing an epicurean journey to match the location, we’d love to hear from you!
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Have experience at least 3 years experience in same position
2. To be able to communicate in English
3. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Food Hygiene.
4. To be leadership skills
5. To be able to work close with foreigner chef
6. To be able to knowledge about western and Thai food
7. To be food carving is an advantage
8. to be knowledge about stock and cost control
